I hold a law degree, am an accredited mediator and currently completing an MBA degree through the Quantic School of Business and Technology. My theoretical knowledge is supported by over twenty years of practical experience in operations and consulting. My legal background and business acumen have proven the perfect foil for managing the labour aspect of mergers and acquisitions.

I am a the founder of Glo Mo Solutions which was founded in 2015 where I hold the managing Director position. I have led the team that has developed two of their internal Software’s, the first one is the Worxflow360 Management Software and the second which is a Payroll Software. I have also done the Hackathon mentoring and Design Thinking training for the teams, together with Silicon Cape sponsored by the USA Embassy.

I am driven by my passion for small business as an economic and social solution. I am particularly passionate about the emerging “Township Economy” as an economic powerhouse. My experience in business spans over some 40 years across 34 countries, with some 20 years specifically in the SMME and entrepreneurial space.

I’m Jonathan Bodley, a serial entrepreneur with a lifetime of experience in small to medium businesses. I have been self-employed since graduating. For the past 8 years, my role has been that of COO and part owner of a business working in the construction industry distributing locally produced products throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and neighboring islands. I am also involved in online retail and online education business and consider myself very much at home in the online business space.

I am a social entrepreneur, business coach and management consultant who holds an MBA in strategic planning and a Doctorate of Business Leadership specializing in entrepreneurship development. I have more than 20-years’ experience as an entrepreneur and more than 10-years as an entrepreneurship support practitioner, with a particular focus on training, coaching, and supporting high-propensity entrepreneurs.

I am a Cape Town-based entrepreneur with over 30-year's business experience in property development, petrochemical, energy, transport, food retail, franchising and economic development and I have worked with national and multi-national brands. My key strengths include facilitation, ideation, business growth strategies, marketing and property development.

I bring over 10 years of expertise in appraising, negotiating, and closing Finance transactions. My specialization lies in securing infrastructure investments in SA and Africa, creating development impact projects, and effectively using financial models to drive success. My experience extends to leading, initiating, and developing new business strategies and opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of development impact projects with a strong focus on bankability.
