I am a Cape Town-based entrepreneur with over 30-year's business experience in property development, petrochemical, energy, transport, food retail, franchising and economic development and I have worked with national and multi-national brands. My key strengths include facilitation, ideation, business growth strategies, marketing and property development.
I bring over 10 years of expertise in appraising, negotiating, and closing Finance transactions. My specialization lies in securing infrastructure investments in SA and Africa, creating development impact projects, and effectively using financial models to drive success. My experience extends to leading, initiating, and developing new business strategies and opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of development impact projects with a strong focus on bankability.
