I am also a Prolific Inspirational Business speaker passionate about poverty eradication in the country through entrepreneurship development.

I'm the Chief Risk Officer and a founding member at Tsa Afrika Resources & Projects, a Pan-African risk assurance firm. With 20 years in corporate investment banking, I specialize in ICT, Product, and Financial Services, while my main focus is on technology, digitization services, and risk assurance across corporate, public, and medium enterprises.

As a seasoned mentor, I have a track record of achievement and recognition in the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem, including Finalist 2022 & 23 for Startup Mentor of the Year. With 23 years of entrepreneurial experience, I offer a unique, human-centred perspective on leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I hold a law degree, am an accredited mediator and currently completing an MBA degree through the Quantic School of Business and Technology. My theoretical knowledge is supported by over twenty years of practical experience in operations and consulting. My legal background and business acumen have proven the perfect foil for managing the labour aspect of mergers and acquisitions.

I since co-founded two businesses, IP Braai and Flipping Fast: IP Braai is an online Legal Agency determined to inspire, educate, and serve.

I'm Daminda Senekal-Griessel, an author and marketing expert with two decades of professional experience. My journey includes earning an MBA in London and working in diverse industries such as Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Pharmaceutical, and Luxury Consumer Goods. In 2019, I founded a platform dedicated to assisting business owners in enhancing their brand presence and boosting profitability.

I am a the founder of Glo Mo Solutions which was founded in 2015 where I hold the managing Director position. I have led the team that has developed two of their internal Software’s, the first one is the Worxflow360 Management Software and the second which is a Payroll Software. I have also done the Hackathon mentoring and Design Thinking training for the teams, together with Silicon Cape sponsored by the USA Embassy.
