As a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 24 years of experience within the Built Environment, I am a qualified Civil Engineer and Construction Project Manager. My expertise encompasses various facets of development, project, and construction management. My experience spans from initial concept development through to commissioning and project close-out. My hands-on approach to construction project management has consistently led to the successful delivery of iconic multimillion-rand projects.

I am a globally recognized, award-winning business leader, senior diplomat, and key opinion authority with a proven track record as a cutting-edge strategist. I have successfully planned, managed, and executed numerous private and public sector initiatives globally. As an angel investor, I've achieved 9 exits out of 15 investments with a remarkable 69.5% IRR on these exits. With a strong reputation as a strategic thinker, I hold positions on the boards of several global companies.

I am the founder and CEO of Malesela Samuel Mogale Business Enterprise CC winner of both the SITA GovTech 2023 SMME Recognition Award and SITA GovTech 2023 Africa Award. My new project Sentech is in the MTN Business Hackathon 2023.
