I am a seasoned technology management professional with expertise in solution architecture and business development strategy. With a career spanning e-commerce, utilities, telecoms, and financial services, I've excelled in roles like user experience design lead, product owner, and agile project delivery. My extensive lean methodology experience equips me to successfully launch, grow, and scale technology-based businesses in the African market, contributing to regional growth and innovation.

I have over 25 years' experience in business. For the past 5 years, I have been helping businesses to unlock the blockages to growth, whether that be due to a lack of a proper strategy, systems issues, data issues or people issues. In most cases, it turns out to be a combination of all of these. I have started three different businesses, sold two and am still running the third. With 16 years in data analytics spanning domains like fraud prevention, credit risk, and marketing, I lead teams and employ data storytelling to drive strategy. Currently, I head Consumer Product Analytics at Absa Everyday Banking and was named the 2020 DataCon Africa Data Analytics Leader of the Year. I bring a wide range of tools and approaches to the table, harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology and innovative methodologies to tackle complex challenges.

I am a Cape Town-based entrepreneur with over 30-year's business experience in property development, petrochemical, energy, transport, food retail, franchising and economic development and I have worked with national and multi-national brands. My key strengths include facilitation, ideation, business growth strategies, marketing and property development.

Throughout my professional journey, I've been a mentor, starting at ALTRON Group with young, talented intern graduates. As a Mechanical Engineer and an Executive Business & Leadership Coach, I draw from 40+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT Systems, and Smart Tech. My mission is to empower clients to excel in performance, attain their business and personal objectives, and thrive in their passions.

I am the founder and managing director of Sinam Business Solutions. My mission is to help others unlock their potential and achieve more. As part of my quest to coach entrepreneurs, I started Sinam eCity, a virtual business platform designed to provide entrepreneurs and individuals with the tools, services, and resources needed to take their businesses to success. I am a Technologist in the telecommunications industry with a proven track record of crafting funding proposals for both new and ongoing projects. I have dedicated my expertise to supporting small enterprises within the information and communication technology sector. My skills also extend to assisting in the development of business plans and concepts, as well as providing meticulous copy-editing and proofreading services for both business and technical documents.
