Our business plans are tailored to meet the funding requirements for funders like the NEF, IDC, SEFA, Banks, and other Financial Institutions. Our business plans can also be structured in a manner that allows them to be used as a strategic plan to grow your existing business through organic growth, or other activities such as for example entering new markets, introducing new products/services etc. Turnaround times for business plans without market research are between 1 and 3 months. The business planning service can also be extended to include the following at a fixed price, Advisory support for up to 12 months for the business after funding has been raised. NB: Fund raising for start-ups is not included as part of the business plan service but can be packaged with the business plan service subject to price negotiations.

Financial forecasting and budgeting

We produce detailed budgeting and forecasting scenarios that enables the business to, -Assess the financial implications of alternative business decisions, and -Monitor future financial and non-financial key result areas. We also construct financial forecasts to specifically support and complement business plans where the client has a partial business plan already compiled.

Fund Raising

The service comprises of the following: Fundamental technical analysis of the 5 to 10 year financial projections of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and underlying assumptions to determine the type, timing and amount of financing that the business can sustain whilst still generating a return to the entrepreneur. Identification of the potential funding sources Structuring of the financing proposal in line with the funding source criteria. Submission of the proposal Post submission activities such as price and other terms negotiations, funding contract reviews, amendments etc. it is important to note that this part of the process involves “back and forth” between the potential funder and the applicant. Pricing: Technical analysis – included in total price Structuring of funding proposal – included in total price Post submission activities – success fee 1% of amount to be raised
