With 20 years in corporate investment banking, I specialize in ICT, Product, and Financial Services, while my main focus is on technology, digitization services, and risk assurance across corporate, public, and medium enterprises.

Having worked in the media industry for over a decade - I quite frankly became frustrated with the 'transformation tortoise' in the room. My aim is to service small businesses that relish the opportunity to build marketing campaigns to promote their products & services but have limited coins to do so. Small businesses deserve equal opportunity to compete for airtime and market share in this age of everything.

I'm Daminda Senekal-Griessel, an author and marketing expert with two decades of professional experience. My journey includes earning an MBA in London and working in diverse industries such as Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Pharmaceutical, and Luxury Consumer Goods. In 2019, I founded a platform dedicated to assisting business owners in enhancing their brand presence and boosting profitability.

I'm the owner of a startup offering contemporary Organization Development guidance, solutions, services, and products at the crossroads of business, technology, and human resources. I'm a marketing enabler, coach and content creator. I started my own RedMatchstick consulting business after 25 years in executive marketing positions in the hotel industry in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique. With a passion for teaching, a Psychology degree and post-grad marketing at Wits Business School, I bring unique insights from my +30 years of expertise and knowledge to approach marketing with simple but effective strategies.

I am a Cape Town-based entrepreneur with over 30-year's business experience in property development, petrochemical, energy, transport, food retail, franchising and economic development and I have worked with national and multi-national brands. My key strengths include facilitation, ideation, business growth strategies, marketing and property development.

I bring over 10 years of expertise in appraising, negotiating, and closing Finance transactions. My specialization lies in securing infrastructure investments in SA and Africa, creating development impact projects, and effectively using financial models to drive success. My experience extends to leading, initiating, and developing new business strategies and opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of development impact projects with a strong focus on bankability.

I specialize in scaling and and growing eCommerce operations, marketing, and sales for consumer goods companies. I have 10 years of industry experience in consulting, eCommerce and consumer goods in strategic roles managing P&Ls.
